What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, role, email address, phone number, an optional turnover band, and your message. Nothing else. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party analytics script on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope a possible engagement. That is the only purpose. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, then deleted. If an engagement follows, the engagement records are kept for the period required by the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income-tax Act, 1961.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is emailed to Dr. Joydeep Mookerjee and stored on the server hosting this website. Email is delivered through a transactional email provider. Nobody outside the firm reads it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It uses no session, no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the form, it may set a short-lived token for the sole purpose of confirming the form was submitted by a person.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@shardip.in and we will act within 30 days.

Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, the grievance officer is Dr. Joydeep Mookerjee, reachable at contact@shardip.in or +91 80170 59400. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
